The inter-governmental approach employed by these two San Gabriel Valley organizations expedited the development of two Pallet villages in Baldwin Park and Montebello, resulting in the creation of safe, dignified shelters for local individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

Tiny homes offer the safety and privacy that traditional congregate shelters lack, while assisting residents in transitioning to permanent housing.
