What makes us different? Our products are designed by people with lived experience in homelessness. Pallet hires and invests in people actively engaged in recovery. More than half of our team has experienced homelessness, substance use disorder, or the criminal justice system, and has found stability through meaningful employment.
On-site Services
Our transitional housing model works in collaboration with third-party, on-site service providers. Service providers that are local to the community work with residents to track down Social Security numbers, access mental health services, and address other barriers to permanent housing.

Permanent Housing
Because residents have a safe place to return each night, case managers provide continuous services, which leads to better long-term outcomes. With Pallet, unhoused neighbors are on the pathway to permanent housing.

Affordable
Each shelter has a 10+ year material lifespan so you can build cost-effective, temporary communities. Most products are made of easy-to-assemble panels, packed flat for shipping.
Rapid-Build
Rapid rehousing is crucial, especially during cold weather or a heat wave. Our climate-controlled shelters can be built in under an hour. We can deploy fast, at scale, because we manufacture 50+ new shelters each week.
Sanitary
Our proven homeless shelters are easy to wipe down and disinfect. Plus, they’re resistant to bedbugs and mildew. Shelters can move from location to location based on your community needs.
Private
Our transitional housing villages are designed to keep families together. Pallet shelters house between two and four people. Each unit has a locking door, and plenty of storage for toys, clothes and memorabilia.
