During winter, the risk of hypothermia increases – leaving people without homes even more vulnerable.
With Pallet, unhoused neighbors get on the pathway to permanent housing. Every time a Pallet shelter village is built, we require a third-party, on-site service provider to manage the site. Local service providers work with village residents to retrieve lost Social Security cards, access mental health services, and address other barriers to permanent housing.
Pallet shelter villages are designed to rapidly address unsheltered populations.
We build fast, at scale – right in the U.S.A. When people join Pallet’s transitional housing villages, they begin their path to permanent housing.

Keep residents warm with insulated walls and heating. All shelters have personal climate control, and electricity that powers interior lights and outlets for charging – from alarm clocks to cell phones.
Each climate-controlled shelter is flat-packed for shipping. Units can be assembled in under an hour with minimal tools. Shelters can be disassembled for flat storage or reuse.
Pallet shelters are made to last with a 10+ year material lifespan. They're resistant to burrowing pests seeking warmth during the winter. Each shelter can be easily cleaned as one resident moves out and another moves in.
No one should go unsheltered when a shelter village can be built in a day.
